Hamburger is provided in one-pound packages with a fixed 80-20 meat-to-fat ratio, which cannot be changed.
All animals are harvested and processed at Carter’s Custom Cuts, a state-of-the-art facility in Thatcher, AZ. The meat is dry aged for 21 days before cutting. Each piece is hand-cut and vacuum-sealed in individual packages. All meat is boneless, except for the ribs.
